Google+ Vs Facebook: Will it be a shift in the gear for being more social

Well there is no question of remaining out the social network! When you are daily investing more time in our work, hopefully you like to steal a few minutes through out the day to log in to your Facebook account for sure. Same is the case to the millions of people having their account in Facebook (FB). Indeed the FB team is inclined to develop the social site every time anew.

How about the Google! Have you forgotten that the search giant had promised to come up with something better than FB. After constant trial and error process, it has now come up with Google Plus (you may also call it as Google+). A new initiative from Google to add something Plus (+) in your social connection. Sorry, in your every internet activity.

Up to this everything is fine. Let begin journey of another social networking platform. But the case is not so! We are amazed to see how people are joining Google+ within just half a month of its launch it has gather more than 10 millions of users. The question is – are the FB users shifting to the Google+ or simply trying something new like you (hope you have sent Google to include in the beta version already).

As a valued subscriber of online web directory, directory for every web design company and all other businesses, we ever like to inform you about the latest happening in the World Wide Web. So let us see how people are having a try on the Google+ and still FB is so popular for sure. Is there any contest or not:
  • How original you are in your social network identity: Till date creating an account on facebook is as easy as a child’s play. You do not need to be original and may create various pseudonymous accounts. Just create an account and go social with the FB. But Google is trying to emphasize on the originality and trying to find if you have any such profile on the web or not. It will not approve your account on Google+ if it does not find you present in the same name over any other sites through out the internet.

  • Making your usage private: Well, you may be having some privacy concern on the usage of the social networking sites! Thanks to facebook for not using your private information (other than what is in profile). But Google+ will be using, rather, recording your activity to understand usability. With FB you can only send private text messages but with Google + now send video messages.

  • Now a real ‘Adda’ with friends: After being socialized with FB you have been chatting with friends individually. But haven’t you ever thought of chirping together in a group? Yes, now with Google+ you can connect with maximum 10 numbers of friends at a time and whoever speaks anything will be shown highlighted.

  • Exercise your franchise online: Oh sure, why use only the ballot box or the electronic voting machines to share your political will? Let the world know (certainly if you wish not to share with + one person) what you like when surfing the internet. But before that you have to have a Google+ account for sure. Yes there is “like” option in the FB but you need you cannot see the linking from the SERP itself. Think, online promotion has got better isn’t it?

  • Changing the direction of bullets fired from the gun: Seriously speaking, have you got any chance of modifying your comments made through the FB accounts? Yes, you could remove them – there was no edit option! Use Google+ and you can edit your comments posted once. So for little or silly mistake you do not need to lose your overall concept and structure of the comment.

  • Trying to go Ad free: If you have a look on your FB account, you will see that it has gone very much advertisement oriented. Even the charm of the networking is going little bit boring to see too much advertisements! At least Google+ is coming with the promise of showing no or less ads. Let’s see how will be the advertisement preferences!
Well these are only a few features that are attracting people towards Google+ so fast. Hope team FB will certainly look into the matter. One interesting point to remember here is that the beta version of Google+ picks out professionals (mostly working professionals) whereas it was only college goers for the Facebook! So it does not matter that within one month it has got huge popularity and it will continue for ever! Let us see how Google is keeping its promises to bring something new or the “Plus” factor in social networking – rather world wide interactivity activity.
